NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Lake Shore Hospital Authority will meet in a Special Meeting on Monday, January 27, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Lake Shore Hospital Authority located at 259 NE Franklin Street, Suite 102, Lake City, FL 32055. The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss and approve the disposition and/or final use of Lake Shore Hospital assets, including, but not limited to the former Lake Shore Hospital, Medical Plaza North (PT Building), Medical Plaza South (2 Story Women’s Center), the LSHA Administrative Building and all vacant property owned by the Lake Shore Hospital Authority.

The meeting will begin at 5:15 pm.

Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the Authority hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Authority with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
